    Salary: $70,000 $80,000 base salary, with bonuses based on production goals


    Overview: We are seeking an experienced and organized Dental Office Manager to join our team in Granger, IN. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to manage a busy dental practice efficiently. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our patients.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Manage front office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Maintain patient records, manage appointments, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
    • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
    • Monitor and manage office budgets, revenue, and expenses, reporting on financial performance.
    • Collaborate with the dental team to establish production goals and monitor progress towards achieving these targets.
    • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive patient experience.
    • Coordinate billing and insurance claims, ensuring accurate processing and follow-up.
    • Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
    • Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and welcoming environment.


    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental office management role.
    • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
