Position Summary


The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental office and ensuring that the practice runs efficiently, professionally, and according to established policies and procedures.


The Office Manager leads and supports the office team, coordinates daily workflow, monitors staff performance, resolves operational issues, and ensures that patients and families receive a consistently positive experience.


The Office Manager's primary responsibility is operational execution
Major strategic, financial, and organizational decisions are handled by the General Manager and/or Owner.

Qualifications


  • Previous dental office management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Pediatric dental experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, patient accounts, and office workflow.
  • Comfortable coaching employees and addressing performance concerns.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
