The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who can keep the office running efficiently.     Requirements

    Responsibilities include:

    • Managing daily office operations and workflow
    • Leading and supporting front and clinical office team members
    • Overseeing scheduling, patient communication, and customer service
    • Managing insurance coordination, billing processes, and collections
    • Monitoring office performance and helping improve systems
    • Supporting team training, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
    • Ensuring patients receive a welcoming and professional experience

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years previous dental office experience required
    • Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, and practice operations
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Dentrix or Open Dental Software a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
