    Dental Office Coordinator
    Location: St. Louis, MO 63125 | Full-Time

    Boain Dental Care – South is currently looking for an energetic and dependable Dental Office Coordinator to join our team in St. Louis, MO!

    Key Responsibilities
    • Greet and welcome patients warmly in person and by phone; check patients in and out for their appointments
    • Manage scheduling, including proactively contacting patients to fill schedule openings
    • Coordinate treatment planning and assist patients in understanding their care recommendations
    • Process co-pays and confidently answer patient questions regarding general practice policies and insurance
    • Obtain and maintain accurate patient health histories, ensuring records are updated at each visit
    • Record patient charting and doctor notes as directed
    • Support the administrative team in daily office operations
    What We're Looking For
    • Prior dental office experience preferred
    • Proficiency with Dentrix practice management software a plus
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • A positive, cheerful attitude and impeccable work ethic
    • A collaborative, team oriented mindset and genuine passion for patient care
