Dental Office Associate

The Dental Office Associate provides clinical and clerical office support activities for the Clinic; performs patient care and administrative duties necessary to deliver quality patient care.

• High School Graduate or GED
• Graduate from an accredited Dental Assistant Program Licensed by New York State Department of Education
• At least two (2) years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Previous experience in and knowledge of clinic operations, patient registration/scheduling
• General knowledge of computer / data entry skills, Dentrix, Epic Wisdom, Eagle HIS System, Dexis, E-Cashiering, Maps Communication, knowledge of eligibility and Eagle registration.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
