This is a non-exempt (hourly) position
Pay rates are based on education, skill, experience level and internal equity. Internal equity considerations include an assessment of the applicant's salary history and qualifications in comparison to the market rate and requirements for the job.
This is a part time role. Schedule is Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:00PM (29 total hours/week)

Position Summary
Understand and comply with traffic laws and regulations
Employ radio communication with dispatch
Read and interpret road maps/GPS system
Maintain accurate trip records either on paper or electronically
Perform basic vehicle maintenance-daily inspections of the vehicle, fuel check, and electric power
Before leaving the facility, the driver should perform a daily pre-check of the vehicle''s maintenance, including ensuring it''s properly fueled and that maintenance is performed as recommended.
The driver should perform weekly cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle, including emptying water and sewer tanks and filling water storage tanks as needed.
Assist passengers and/or employees with boarding, in-transit, and de-boarding as needed
Driving mobile vehicle to and from scheduled visits, setting up and taking down the vehicle at each site
The driver should park, set up, level, hook up, and tear down the unit daily, and return it to its designated location each day.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience driving a commercial vehicle, or successful completion of Central Piedmont Community College or approved driving school's CDL Driving Program. Must have an acceptable driving record per County standards.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
