    Description

    A well-established, primarily cosmetic dental office is seeking an experienced and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions. This is a senior-level role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-focused office environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage all daily operations of the dental office
    • Supervise, schedule, and support office staff
    • Manage patient scheduling and ensure optimal calendar flow
    • Maintain and organize patient records, scanning, and reporting
    • Handle payroll processing and administrative reporting
    • Coordinate inventory, ordering of dental supplies, and equipment
    • Ensure all equipment maintenance and updates are completed
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulations
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional office environment
    • Communicate with dentist, assistants, labs, and vendors
    • Address and resolve patient questions or concerns with professionalism
    • Assist with hiring and onboarding of new staff as needed
    • Submit insurance claims as a courtesy when applicable
    • Develop and implement office policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of prior experience in dental or medical office management
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
    • Experience with dental software and Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with billing practices and insurance submissions
    • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
    • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
    • High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
