We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Green in Heber Springs, AR, for a Dental Laboratory Technician. 

    The regular hours for this position are from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

      Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

      • Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist
      • Enter patient information and scan stone models to create a 3D virtual model
      • Design dental frameworks/restorations that provide the patient with the proper function and aesthetics
      • Place dental parts into CAM software to generate code for CNC machines
      • Operate CNC machinery to fabricate dental restorations
      • Cutout, spru, base dental restorations
      • It is the dental technician’s job to insure all steps are followed, in order, to insure consistent, accurate results
      • Read and review all paperwork on each case for correct information
      • Maintain machines weekly and make software updates as they become available
      • Keep cases organized so that everyone on the milling projects can work as a team
      • All other duties as assigned

      Skills and Abilities Required: 

      • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
      • Must have basic computer skills

      Minimum Education and Experience Required: 

      • Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
      • Ability to work towards and meet production goals

      Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

      • Small hand tools
      • Milling machinery

      Physical Requirements:

      • Standing for long periods at a time
