Dental Lab Technician (Denture Model)

We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Lab Technician (Denture Model) opportunity at NDX Rogers Dental Laboratory in Athens, TN. This is a trainee position that requires no experience. Hands-on, paid training is provided. 

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Fridays, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist
• Model work for fixed and removable cases
• Processing
• Investing and packing dentures, partials, night guards
• All other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Knowledge tooth anatomy
• Ability to articulate according to Rx
• Knowledge of materials (i.e. stones, acrylic)
• Identify through Impressions margins

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 12 months of experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician and is skilled in one or more of the tasks associated with a Dental Laboratory Technician
• No experience required; we offer paid / on the job training
