Dental Lab Technical Customer Service Specialist

i4 Dental Lab is hiring a full-time, on-site Technical Customer Service Specialist. This role is for an experienced dental lab technician who wants to step away from the bench and use their technical knowledge in a customer-facing position.

What you'll do

• Talk with dentists and office staff by phone about active cases
• Answer technical questions on crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials and night guards
• Review prescriptions and catch missing or unclear instructions
• Clarify shade, margins, occlusion, materials, design and implant details
• Troubleshoot remakes, adjustments and complaints, and resolve them professionally
• Pass doctors' requests clearly to production technicians and follow up with offices
• Document calls, changes and case instructions accurately

What you bring

• Dental lab experience as a technician, case coordinator or technical advisor
• Strong knowledge of restorations, materials and terminology
• You're comfortable and confident talking with dentists all day
• Detail-oriented, organized and calm in a fast-paced, multi-case environment
