In this role, you will:Master the Claims Process: Manage insurance submissions, track aging reports, and ensure claims are processed accurately.Empower Patients: Perform verifications and calculate patient portions so there are no surprises at the front desk.Keep the Day Flowing: Support the front office by answering phones and scheduling our wonderful patients.Collaborate: Work closely with a team that values "team care" just as much as patient care.What We Are Looking ForDental Insurance Expertise: You have a solid background in dental insurance (required).
