Join an established dental team where great patient care, strong doctor-hygiene collaboration, and a welcoming culture come together.
At Midwest Dental in Weston, we’re looking for a Dental Hygienist who wants more than just a place to see patients. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with a loyal patient base, a supportive team, and a doctor who truly values comprehensive, relationship-based care.
You’ll work alongside Dr. Gajewski, a highly respected and long-standing member of the Weston practice. She has built strong relationships with patients and her team and is known for her compassionate approach to care, collaboration, and commitment to creating a positive patient experience.
Located in the greater Wausau area, Weston offers the convenience of a growing community with the relaxed feel Central Wisconsin is known for. With outdoor recreation, great local amenities and an easy commute, it’s a wonderful place to build both a career and a life.
As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll be an important clinical partner in helping patients achieve and maintain better oral health. You’ll provide preventive and periodontal care, educate patients about their oral and overall health, collaborate with the doctor on treatment needs, and create an experience that keeps patients comfortable, informed and confident in their care.
We welcome both experienced hygienists and new graduates who are passionate about patient care, education and being part of a collaborative dental team.
If you’re looking for a practice where you can build relationships, have a voice in patient care and work alongside an experienced doctor and established team, we’d love to meet you.
