What You'll Do

As a Dental Hygienist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients achieve and maintain lifelong oral health by:

Position Overview

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by promoting oral health, preventing disease, and educating patients on maintaining healthy smiles. You’ll work closely with dentists and team members to create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing
  • Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
  • Identify conditions such as gingivitis, periodontal disease, and other oral health concerns
  • Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe clinical environment
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients to support long-term care

Qualifications

  • Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (accredited program)
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

What You’ll Do 

  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.  
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.  
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.  
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.  
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications:

Who We’re Looking For 

  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. 
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification 
Compensation: $55-$60 About:
