Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and team-oriented Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and education. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help patients achieve optimal oral health.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care in a single-column hygiene setup
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver quality treatment
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients
Qualifications
Valid Washington State Dental Hygiene License (required)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and patient-focused mindset
Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $60–$70 per hour (based on experience)
