Our office offers the opportunity to participate in assisted and accelerated hygiene workflows, allowing hygienists to maximize efficiency while maintaining an outstanding patient experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services.Perform routine dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and patient assessments.Take and review digital radiographs and intraoral images as needed.Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, treatment recommendations, and preventive care.Document patient treatment, clinical findings, and recommendations accurately and thoroughly.Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure a positive patient experience and seamless workflow.Maintain compliance with infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and clinical protocols.Support practice goals while delivering excellent patient care and service.Participate in assisted and accelerated hygiene workflows when appropriate.QualificationsActive Dental Hygienist license in the state of Tennessee.Minimum of one year of dental hygiene experience preferred.Previous dental hygiene experience required.Experience with Dentrix, Dentrix Imaging, and iTero technology is preferred but not required.Reliable, dependable, and professional.Positive attitude with a strong patient-care focus.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Growth-minded with a desire to learn and develop professionally.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.About Secret City Dental CareSecret City Dental Care is a practice built on hard work, positivity, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
