You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on preventative dental care, cleanings, periodontal maintenance, patient education, and oral health counseling. You’ll have a supportive dental team while maintaining autonomy over your daily hygiene workflow.

Compensation & Benefits
• $40–$50/hour based on experience
• Full-time annualized compensation: $83,200–$104,000
• Health insurance: Employer pays 90%
• Dental and vision insurance offered
• 33 days PTO + 8 paid holidays
• $1,000 CME allowance + 24 hours CME time
• 403(b) with employer match
• Short-term and long-term disability: 100% employer paid
