Dental Hygienist

Your duties will include:

• Conducting oral health assessments and screenings
• Cleaning and scaling teeth to remove plaque and calculus
• Applying fluoride treatments and sealants
• Taking and developing dental x-rays
• Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Administering local anesthesia when necessary
• Assisting the dentist during procedures
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:

• Experience in performing vital signs and medical documentation
• Knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
• Proficiency in dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, CAD, or Epic
• Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively in a dental office setting
• Please note that a valid Dental Hygienist license is required for this position.

Work Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8am-5pm
• Wednesday - 1pm-6pm
• Friday's -closed
