Status: Hourly + Monthly Performance Bonuses

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Base rate of $45 $49 per hour, with unlimited earning potential exceeding $60 per hour.
• Sign on Bonus: $7,500
• Mon 8-6 Tues OFF Wed-Fri 8-5 One Saturday a month 8-12pm
• Average Patients Per Day: 8
