Clear Lake City Dentistry is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient education, enjoys utilizing technology to enhance the patient experience, and thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment. We are looking for a hygienist with at least one year of clinical experience who enjoys building relationships with patients, contributing to team success, and helping patients better understand their oral health through education and technology. Responsibilities Provide thorough dental hygiene treatment, including cleanings, periodontal assessments, scaling and root planing, and preventive care services.Complete comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, home care, and the connection between oral and overall health.Utilize available technology and clinical tools to support patient education and treatment acceptance.Review radiographs and collaborate with the doctor to identify and communicate treatment needs.Develop meaningful patient relationships while delivering outstanding customer service and clinical care.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with office standards and regulatory requirements.Support office systems and workflows that promote efficiency, consistency, and an exceptional patient experience.Partner with doctors and team members to achieve practice goals and contribute to overall office success.Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration, accountability, and effective communication. Qualifications Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Texas.Minimum of one year of clinical dental hygiene experience preferred.Current CPR certification.Strong communication and patient education skills.Passion for delivering excellent patient care and creating positive patient experiences.Comfortable using dental technology and digital tools to educate patients and support treatment planning.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to practice goals.Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
