What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care based on each patient's individual needs.
• Perform periodontal charting, radiographs, oral health assessments, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and other hygiene services within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, preventive care, and recommended treatment.
• Partner with the dentist to identify treatment needs and support comprehensive patient care.
• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their dental care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while following established safety and infection-control standards.
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates.

What We're Looking For

• Current Arkansas Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to starting.
• A patient-first approach and strong communication skills.
• Someone who enjoys educating patients and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification

Compensation

$48-$50 per hour
