Clinical Assessment - Conduct oral health screenings, charting, and risk assessments in accordance with state practice guidelines. Patient Education - Provide instruction on oral hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention tailored to individual patient needs. Infection Control Compliance - Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and clinic protocols. Electronic Health Records - Document all services accurately and promptly in the EHR system. Community Outreach Support - Participate in school‑based programs, mobile clinics, and community events as assigned. Team Collaboration - Coordinate care with dental providers and public health staff to ensure continuity and quality of services. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Utah or eligibility to obtain licensure. Certification in local anesthesia preferred. CPR/BLS certification required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient‑centered care. Demonstrated interest in public health and serving diverse populations. Utah Driver's License is required.
