Dental Hygienist – Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $55–$75 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join a collaborative dental team. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule and the potential to transition into a permanent position.

You will provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care, educate patients on oral health, and help deliver a comfortable, positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, polishing, dental X-rays, sealant applications, fluoride treatments, and related services.

• Review medical histories, assess oral health, and complete dental and periodontal charting.

• Develop and implement individualized dental hygiene care plans.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.

• Maintain accurate records of treatments, clinical observations, and patient responses.

• Follow established infection-control protocols and maintain dental equipment and supplies.

• Coordinate patient recalls and follow-up appointments with registration and scheduling staff.

• Document laboratory procedures and coordinate appropriate follow-up on results.

• Triage walk-in patients and initiate appropriate care.

• Respond to unexpected adverse events using established emergency procedures.

• Collaborate with dentists and other dental team members to support coordinated patient care.

Required Qualification

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.

• Lunch: One hour

• Pay: $55–$75 per hour
