$4,000 Sign-On Bonus | No Weekends | $50–$54/hr or 33% of Production, Whichever Is Higher

Family Dental Group is looking for an experienced, compassionate Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our established Decatur practice. Your Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: OFF!

Our schedule gives you your evenings and weekends back while providing the stability of a full-time position.

What You'll Do

• As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing routine dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Conducting periodontal assessments, dental exams, X-rays, and oral cancer screenings
• Educating patients about oral hygiene and preventive care
• Providing a comfortable, positive patient experience
• Assisting the dentist with procedures as needed
• Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Following infection control and sterilization protocols
• Working closely with the dental team to deliver outstanding care

What We're Looking For

• Valid Georgia Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and equipment
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
