Schedule: Flexible start times- you choose what is best for you- 8:30 am, 9am or 10am!

  • Monday Flexible (see above) - 5:00pm
  • Tuesday Flexible (see above) - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday Flexible (see above) - 5:00pm
  • Thursday Flexible (see above) - 5:00pm
  • Friday Flexible (see above)- 2pm

Responsibilities

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

  • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.

  • Develop productive schedules.

  • Manage patient documents and records.

  • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 plus years of experience working in Dental front office setting
  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Dental operations
  • Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
  • Experience with Dental Software such as Denticon is preferred
