Are you looking for an opportunity to help others improve their oral health? As a Dental Front Office Coordinator, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.

Schedule: 

You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS! 

  • Monday 7:15 am - 4:00pm No lunch 
  • Tuesday 7:15 am - 4:00pm No lunch
  • Wednesday 7:15am - 4:00pm No lunch
  • Thursday 7:15am - 4:00pm No lunch
  • Friday : Off 
Responsibilities:

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

  • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.

  • Develop productive schedules.

  • Manage patient documents and records.

  • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: 

 

  • 1 plus years of experience working in Dental or medical office setting
  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of Dental operations
  • Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits 
  • Experience with Dental Software such as Eaglesoft or Denticon a plus
