Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry is looking for a Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our Bettendorf team!

If you’re an organized, friendly, people-focused professional who enjoys creating a great patient experience while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to meet you.

This is a patient-facing front office position with a mix of scheduling, patient communication, insurance, and administrative responsibilities. Dental or medical office experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and create a warm, positive experience from check-in to check-out
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient questions
• Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling changes
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
• Provide insurance breakdowns and help patients understand their benefits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Coordinate treatment appointments and follow up with patients as needed
• Collect patient payments and assist with basic financial questions
• Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, hygienists, and team members
• Assist with daily administrative and front office tasks
• Help keep the front office organized and running efficiently
• Support a positive, team-oriented office environment

Dental or medical front office experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train someone who has the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
