Responsibilities:- Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services and procedures.
- Process insurance claims and verify patient coverage.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
- Assist with billing and payment processing.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a smooth patient flow.
- Manage phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dental office experience of at least 1-3 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dental software, Dentrix is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for patient care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and billing procedures.
