About the Role: Looking for a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in La Habra, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused dental team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference every day.
Responsibilities:- Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
- Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently
- Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and account balances
- Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories
- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow
Requirements:- Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (preferably Dentrix)
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor
