We're seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our Beverly Hills dental practice!

If you're a seasoned dental front office professional who enjoys building patient relationships, managing schedules, and keeping daily operations running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and provide professional front desk support.
• Manage appointment scheduling, phone calls, and patient inquiries.
• Verify dental insurance and process patient payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience in dental front desk operations.
• Knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance verification, and patient accounts.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• A professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $25–$30/hour.
• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Wednesday: 8:40 AM–4:00 PM.
• Friday: 8:40 AM–1:00 PM.
• No weekends!

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a dental front desk role.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in dental practice management software, Dentrix
