Responsibilities:- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front office experience
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently
- Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and manage billing inquiries
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and HIPAA compliance
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Coordinate with dental providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical front desk/administrative role preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- HIPAA knowledge and commitment to patient confidentiality
