DENTAL DIRECTOR

A Thriving Dental Practice (DSO) is looking for an experienced Dental Director that values excellence in patient care. This position offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring to all Dental Staff. They strive to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure efficient flow of daily operations throughout the office, without the hassle of administrative paperwork. Not only will you have the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, but you will have control over your treatment plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis
• Treatment Planning
• Comprehensive Exams
• Communicate with dental staff regarding comprehensive patient treatment plans
• Mentor and confer with Treatment Doctors on patient treatment

Requirements 

• DDS or DMD Required NJ
• Current, Active NJ Dental License 
• CDS license
• DEA license
• Minimum 5 years' clinical experience at a dental practice
• Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients
• Desire and ability to act as the clinical leader of a large multispecialty practice
