Dental Client Acquisition Consultant (Commission Only)

Desort is expanding and looking for a driven Dental Client Acquisition Consultant to bring new dental practices into our pipeline. If you’re a hunter who loves outreach, closing deals, and earning uncapped commission, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire dental practices, DSOs, and private clinics
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Run discovery calls and present Desort’s solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
• Build long‑term client relationships

Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Dental or healthcare experience is a plus
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self‑motivated and comfortable with commission‑only roles
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and outreach

Compensation

• Commission Only + Bonuses
• $45K–$120K 
• No earning cap
