Dental Assistant (DA)

Our client is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join their growing private practice in Woburn, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment where teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional care are top priorities.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Thursday
- One Saturday per month
Compensation
- $25.00 – $29.00 per hour
- Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures.
- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
- Take digital radiographs (as permitted by certification).
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Ensure operatories are fully stocked and organized.
- Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of dental assisting experience required.
- Current Massachusetts dental assisting requirements/certifications, as applicable.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and clinical procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent patient care.
