Tempe Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant for our Scottsdale, Arizona location (South Scottsdale Dental Care). We are a privately owned dental practice with more than 25 years of experience serving patients in the Valley. Our team is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a professional, friendly, and collaborative environment.

We are looking for an experienced chairside Dental Assistant who is articulate, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy two-doctor practice. If you take pride in patient care and enjoy being part of a team that values quality treatment, we would like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide chairside assistance to the doctors during patient treatment
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with efficient patient flow
• Support doctors throughout clinical procedures
• Help provide a comfortable and positive experience for patients
• Communicate professionally with patients and members of the dental team
• Follow established clinical and office procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
• Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and front-office staff

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of chairside dental assisting experience
• Current X-ray certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable approach
• Ability to stay organized and work effectively in a busy practice
• Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus

Schedule

Full-time, approximately 32 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• $23–$28 per hour, depending on experience
• Health insurance with 50% of the premium paid

• 6 paid holidays
• 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year
