As a Lead Dental Assistant, you'll run the clinical side of asmall, close-knit mobile team and play a hands-on role in how care gets delivered every day.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures
- Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization
- Educate patients and their families on care and next steps
- Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on scheduleWHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2+ years of dental assistant experience
- Active state-level Dental Assistant certification
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record, age 25+
- Comfort working in patients homes and care facilities rather than a fixed officeLOCATIONThis role serves patients throughout the greater San Mateo area

- Willing & able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
- Must be comfortable driving a minivan for mobile visits
- Must be over 25 years old, with a State Driver's License and clean driving record
- Full time schedule (4-10 hour shifts)
