As our dedicated Dental Assistant, you'll work alongside 2 Doctors, 2 Hygienists, 2 Front Desk Specialists, 1 Sterilization Tech, and a supportive clinical team where every voice matters.What You'll DoAs our Dental Assistant, you will be the heart of our chairside clinical care-ensuring efficient treatment workflows and providing a comfortable, reassuring experience for our patients.Chairside Assisting: Assist doctors during exams, restorative fillings, crowns, extractions, and specialty procedures.Clinical Digital Scanning: Perform digital 3D scans for crowns, bridges, partials, and dentures.X-Rays & Imaging: Capture high-quality dental X-rays and intraoral photographs.Operatory & Instrument Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize and disinfect instruments, and strictly maintain OSHA and infection-control standards.Patient Engagement: Warmly greet patients, update medical histories, guide them through treatment plans, and provide clear pre- and post-op care instructions.Administrative & Team Support: Record accurate treatment notes and billing codes in our practice management software, monitor inventory, order supplies, and assist the front desk with phone calls or check-ins when needed.What We're Looking ForExperience: Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience (required).Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Certifications:Current Dental Assistant Registration/Certification (required).Active Arizona X-Ray / Radiography Certification (required).Active CPR / BLS Certification (required).Technical Skills: Knowledge of dental terminology, clinical instruments, digital radiography, intraoral scanning, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance.Soft Skills & Mindset: An eager, motivated, and fast learner with a warm, empathetic patient manner.
