Dental Assistant (Full-Time) – URGENT HIREAdvanced Dental & Implant Center Location: Monument, COPosition OverviewAre you an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a supportive, high-energy, and friendly work environment? Advanced Dental & Implant Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Dental Assistant to join our exceptional team. We pride ourselves on working with a great doctor and maintaining a warm, welcoming office culture for both our staff and patients.This is an urgent hire, and we are looking to bring the right person on board as soon as possible!Schedule & CompensationEmployment Category: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)Compensation Range: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour (Depending on experience)Pay Type: HourlyBenefits: Standard ADC Benefits PackageKey ResponsibilitiesClinical Assistance: Chairside assistance to the dentist during all restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.Sterilization & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of infection control by cleaning, sterilizing, and prepping surgical/dental instruments and treatment rooms.Patient Care: Greet patients warmly, prepare them for treatment, and provide excellent post-operative instructions to ensure a comfortable and compassionate experience.Lab & Imaging: Take high-quality digital X-rays and impressions as required.Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our hygienists and front office staff to maintain an optimal patient schedule and positive office vibe.QualificationsExperience: 1+ years of dental assisting experience required.Skills: Strong proficiency in general and restorative dentistry assisting; experience with implant dentistry is a major plus.Certifications: Active dental assisting certifications (X-ray/Radiology certified, CPR) preferred.Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment.Why You'll Love Working HereWe aren't just a clinic; we are a tight-knit family.
