Golden Peak Dental is looking for a part-time Dental Assistant to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.
This is a great role for a Dental Assistant who wants a consistent two-day schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a friendly, patient-focused dental practice. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable chairside, and ready to help patients feel cared for from the moment they sit down.
$25–$28 per hour, based on experience
Part-time position
Monday and Tuesday; 7:45am to 5:00pm
Golden Peak Dental is a full-service dental practice that provides general, family, cosmetic, restorative, and urgent dental care. Our team believes great dentistry starts with genuine care, clear communication, and a comfortable patient experience.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, supporting the doctor and clinical team, and helping the day run smoothly.
Prepare treatment rooms for patient care
Sterilize instruments and follow infection control standards
Assist the doctor during dental procedures
Take x-rays and intraoral photos as needed
Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
Provide patient education and post-operative instructions
Complete dental charting and clinical documentation accurately
Help maintain clean, stocked, and organized operatories
Support lab tasks as needed, such as impressions, models, or temporary crowns
Communicate clearly with the doctor, team members, and patients
Pitch in where needed to support a smooth patient experience
Dental Assistant experience preferred
Strong chairside assisting skills
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
Comfortable working in a busy dental practice
Friendly, professional communication
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Team-first attitude
Commitment to patient comfort and quality care
X-ray certification or training preferred
CPR/BLS certification preferred
