Registered Dental Assistant - Redwood Dental of Holly
Redwood Dental in Holly is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time experienced Dental Assistant to join our established team!
Our office is proud to provide long-term care for a loyal patient base in a modern, updated setting. With low staff turnover and a supportive, welcoming team, we focus on creating an environment where both patients and team members feel valued. Due to recent growth, we’re excited to add a new Dental Assistant to our family.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and escort patients to treatment areas with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols
- Review health histories, update patient charts, and ensure documentation is complete
- Support patients with compassion, helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Stock and organize operatories, prepare trays and instruments, and manage supply inventory
- Perform digital radiography
- Oversee preventive maintenance of dental equipment
- Follow practice protocols for quality assurance, infection control, and emergency procedures

Your Schedule:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (alternating schedule)
What We’re Looking For
- RDA OR 5+ years of dental assisting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety
