    The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading healthcare organization in Alturas, CA to find a dedicated Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join a busy outpatient clinic team. This full-time, benefits-eligible opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.

    Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | On Site | Per Diem opportunities also available

    What You’ll Do

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with dental procedures, including extractions and orthodontic treatments
    • Prepare dental materials and maintain a clean, sterile, and organized workspace
    • Prepare patients for exams and procedures
    • Pull, file, and maintain patient charts, X-rays, and required documentation
    • Perform dental dressings, impressions, and other duties as directed by the dentist
    • Sterilize instruments and ensure exam rooms are stocked and ready for use
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow infection control protocols
    • Attend required CPR and safety training
    • RDA candidates will also perform additional responsibilities, including select supervisory duties

    What We Are Looking For

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Current CPR certification
    • Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (for RDA applicants)
    • Previous dental healthcare experience & training highly preferred
