Dental Assistant

Responsibilities: As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to): Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room. We are looking for a dynamic Dental Assistant to join our team of amazing clinicians. Our state-of-the-art practice provides an atmosphere where quality care is #1 priorty.

 

What we’ll offer you: 

• A  compensation package, starting at $25- $30 per/hour based on experience and additional bonus opportunities, including a 401(k) plan with a match

Schedule: Part Time (24 hours)

• Wednesday: 7:30am-4:30pm, 60 min lunch
• Thursday: 6:30am-3:30pm, 60 min lunch
• Friday: 6:30am-3:00pm, 30 min lunch

Responsibilities:

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications:

• New Grads Welcome to apply!
• EFDA cerified required
• High school diploma or GED.
• Other certifications as required by the state- EFDA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
