Great Lakes Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced and dependable Dental Assistant to join our team! We’re seeking a motivated team member who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and supporting a busy clinical environment.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:40 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:40 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:40 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:40 AM – 2:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays: Willingness to work as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
• RDA preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office
• Team-oriented and professional
• Passionate about providing excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during clinical procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
• Take dental X-rays as permitted
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Ensure patients are comfortable and well cared for
• Assist with maintaining an efficient clinical schedule
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Work collaboratively with the dentist and clinical team
