Dental Assistant – Cosmetic & Technology-Focused Practice

We are a modern, patient-centered dental office seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Our practice has a strong focus on cosmetic dentistry, cutting-edge technology, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Position Overview
As a Dental Assistant in our office, you will play a key role in supporting clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and contributing to a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills, grow professionally, and potentially step into a lead role over time.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures, with an emphasis on cosmetic treatments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and patient before & after photos
• Ensure patient comfort and provide a welcoming, high-quality experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support the team in maintaining efficient clinical flow
• Stay up to date with new technologies and techniques used in the practice

Qualifications

• Basic dental assisting experience and knowledge required (willing to train the right candidate)
• 2+ years experience desired (positioned to transition into a lead DA role)
• Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: Full days
• Friday: Half day
