We are hiring Demolition Technicians for commercial and industrial demolition projects throughout Maryland.

Project Details:

• Location: Maryland
• Pay Rate: $23.00–$36.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking experienced demolition professionals with hands-on knowledge of mechanical demolition in commercial and industrial environments.

Scope of Work:

• Pipe removal
• HVAC duct cutting and dismantling
• Mechanical equipment demolition and removal
• Selective demolition of supports, valves, and mechanical components
• Use of Sawzalls, pipe cutters, grinders, pry bars, and other hand and power tools
