    • Develop curriculum design documents, facilitator guides, participant guides, hands-on labs, knowledge checks, and role-based competency assessments.

    • Build site-specific training scenarios using DeltaV v16.LTS, DeltaV Live, DeltaV Batch, and the ISA-88 batch model.

    • Deliver instructor-led training and guided labs using DeltaV Simulate, with no training activity performed on the live production system.

    • Map learning objectives and competency outcomes to the customer's training matrix and qualification records.

    • Tailor technical content to learners with different levels of DeltaV knowledge while maintaining consistent terminology and GMP expectations.

    • Partner with customer stakeholders during discovery, design, build, pilot, full delivery, and closeout phases.

    • Provide train-the-trainer sessions and editable source materials for ongoing customer use.

    • Track project deliverables and progress in Smartsheet.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated hands-on DeltaV v16 or v15 configuration and engineering experience.

    • Practical experience with DeltaV Batch using the ISA-88 standard and DeltaV Live Graphics Studio.

    • Experience working in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.

    • Ability to develop customer-specific content from control-system configuration, recipes, equipment, and graphics.

    • Working knowledge of GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA+ data-integrity principles.
