Job Title: DeltaV Coders / Testers
Location: Remote
Duration: 1 Year

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced DeltaV Coders/Testers to support programming, configuration, and testing of DeltaV Batch control systems in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and troubleshoot DeltaV control modules, phases, sequences, and batch recipes.
• Apply ISA-88 batch-control standards.
• Execute code reviews, module testing, sequence testing, FAT/SAT, and qualification testing.
• Troubleshoot software defects, alarms, interlocks, and control sequences.
• Maintain GMP-compliant testing and validation documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on Emerson DeltaV programming, configuration, and testing experience.
• Strong DeltaV Batch and ISA-88 knowledge.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, change control, and validation.
• Required training: Emerson DeltaV Implementation I (Course 7009) and Implementation II (Course 7016).
