Batteries Plus is a locally owned specialty retail and commercial solutions business with six stores, a central warehouse, and a growing Commercial Sales division serving South Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland.
We provide batteries, power solutions, and related services to fleets, healthcare systems, contractors, municipalities, and other business customers throughout the region.
We're looking for a dependable professional who enjoys driving, working independently, and providing great service to business customers. This role combines established commercial delivery routes with warehouse and logistics support while giving you the opportunity to learn our business and grow as our Commercial Division expands.
Pay & Schedule
$19.50-$22.50 per hour, based on relevant experience
Monday-Friday | First Shift
No Weekends
Paid training and company-paid certifications
What You'll Do
Commercial Delivery: Drive established local and regional routes delivering batteries and related products to business customers and retail locations.
Customer Service: Represent Batteries Plus professionally, verify deliveries, communicate with customers, and help ensure orders are accurate and complete.
Logistics & Inventory: Assist with order preparation, receiving, inventory organization, loading, and unloading between routes.
Fleet & Safety: Complete vehicle inspections and follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures.
Team Support: Work closely with our Commercial Sales and Logistics teams to keep customer orders moving efficiently.
This is a hands-on role combining driving, customer interaction, logistics, and warehouse support.

Previous professional delivery, route service, logistics, or customer-facing driving experience is preferred. Warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
Minimum Qualifications
21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
Comfortable driving in metropolitan and rural areas
Basic computer or mobile-device skills
Ability to obtain DOT and forklift certification - company paid
