Royal Automotive group is seeking a talented individual for our Technology/Deliver Specialist role. As a Lexus Technology Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the ownership experience for our customers by providing expert guidance on vehicle technology and product features. You will assist customers with questions and training on their new or Certified Lexus vehicles, ensuring they understand and utilize key technology features, including Safety Connect and Service Connect. Your in-depth product knowledge will allow you to address a wide range of customer inquiries beyond technology, making you a valuable resource for both our sales team and Lexus owners.
*This position is for FULL TIME ONLY.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers with any question/training of technology for a new or Lexus Certified vehicle. This includes enrolling customers in Safety Connect and Service Connect so the customer understands how to utilize the various features of those apps.
Understands the vehicle product knowledge to assist customers with questions outside of the technology features
Complete all certifications with the manufacture to maintain the latest vehicle technology and product knowledge as well as attend any required training courses required for the position
Maintains a presence at the "Technology Station" in our showroom
Be available for customers to answer specific questions and be a valuable resource for both the sales department and customers
Field incoming phone calls from current Lexus owners who have specific technology questions for their particular vehicle
Able to visit customer's home or business to help program their garage door or gate control function or assist them with another function they are struggling with
Keeps a team first mentality
Attends meetings when necessary by management
Maintain a business casual appearance, and professional demeanor at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Must be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
Must have strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
Must have an impressive work-ethic
Must have an unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
