Monday - Friday approx. 7am - 4pm Key Responsibilities: •Oversee and enforce compliance with company policies and US Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for the safe operation of all delivery vehicles. •Provide comprehensive training to ensure delivery team members understand job requirements and possess the skills to perform effectively. •Manage delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient service. •Monitor and uphold adherence to company and federal safety standards across all delivery activities. •Supervise all aspects of delivery employee performance, including conducting performance evaluations, addressing disciplinary matters, and participating in hiring and termination decisions. •Collaborate with the Sales team to align delivery operations with company objectives and achieve market excellence. •Support and instruct employees participating in the in-house CDL training program, focusing on safety and the skills needed to obtain a Class A CDL. •Become proficient with VIP and other programs. •Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
