Description
The Servicing Operations Sr. Specialist will have the responsibility of supporting the receiving and delivery of all incoming mail. Along with this core duty, the Servicing Operations Specialist will also be expected to perform daily tasks in compliance with procedures, service level agreements, and quality standards. This role demands proficiency in various applications, procedures, and computer skills.
The Delivery Solutions group operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with critical Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Due to the nature of this environment, precision and attention to detail are crucial as any errors can directly impact our customers. As a result, the Servicing Operations Sr Specialist will be required to collaborate with vendors, branch, and back-office colleagues regularly.

Understanding of department procedures and key practices
Ability to identify areas of improvement in personal work and processes
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
Team Player
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Education
High school or equivalent required
